A few questions about the surfaces and your timing are usually enough to schedule a walkthrough, most often within a day or two of the first call.
At the walkthrough someone looks at the real condition of the surfaces. Chalking paint, soft wood, cracked caulk, and mildew all change what the job takes, and none of it shows up in a photo. The prep is priced in, so the number does not grow once work starts.
Nothing gets scheduled until you say yes. There is no deposit to get a price and no follow-up pressure if the timing is not right.
TBF is based in Clearwater and covers Pinellas County plus Tampa. Most of the service area is inside a 30-minute drive, which is why scheduling a walkthrough is usually a matter of days rather than weeks.
